GB Code of Conduct (If not over 18… Have your parents read this.)

We want GraffitiBin.com to remain a safe fun place for everyone so we ask that you please follow a few simple rules:

KEEP IT CLEAN!  Use good judgment and refrain from slanderous, hateful and inappropriate content. We monitor everything drawn on GraffitiBin.com by the user account and IP address.

Your account will be cancelled! We also have the right to submit any threatening, racist, or extremely inappropriate drawings to the proper authorities and will assist in prosecution if necessary.

FOR CONTESTS!!!

NO “POINT GRUBBING” GraffitiBin.com members are allowed to vote on their
own images one time for each image.  You can give yourself the highest rating of 5 points if you chose but the image must be a legitimate image or content, not just a straight line for example, for the sole purpose of adding points to your gallery.  Also the creation of multiple accounts for the sole purpose to only vote on another gallery owned by you will result in redundant points being deleted.

Limit to one prize per household per month. We will only ship one contest prize to one address per user per month.

Graffitibin.com does "TRACK" all actions on the site by IP address and will evaluate all redundant IP Voting. We do understand that a single household might have multiple accounts but each voting account must be an active gallery. GraffitiBin.com reserves the right to remove any image or content we feel does not follow this guideline.
